Frank Gehry- Artist Presentation
Frank Gehry has been considered one of the greatest architects of our time. Gehry was born on February 28, 1929 in Toronto, Canada but later moved to the states where he attended the University of Southern California and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He started his architectural career working under Victor Gruen Associates and Pereira and Luckman and briefly in Paris working with Andre Remondet. In 1962 he started his own firm based in California which later turned into Gehry Partners LLC in 2002. He has designed noteworthy structures such as Walt Disney Concert Hall, Gehry House, Dancing House, EMP Museum, and Foundation Louis Vuitton.
